1. Overview

Sentis is a medical AI product designed and operated by Neurapex AI Solutions Pvt Ltd. In these terms, "Sentis," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Neurapex AI Solutions Pvt Ltd and the Sentis website, applications, APIs, interfaces, and related services.

By accessing or using Sentis, you agree to this combined Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Current product scope: Sentis currently supports authenticated accounts, conversational sessions, explanatory AI responses, and uploads that may include images, PDF documents, and DICOM files.

2. Educational Use Only

Sentis is built to provide explanatory and educational insights about supported medical modalities and related information. Sentis is not presented as a substitute for medical care, clinical judgment, radiology review, laboratory interpretation, diagnosis, treatment planning, emergency triage, or professional healthcare services.

Nothing produced by Sentis should be treated as medical advice. Users must independently assess all outputs and consult a licensed healthcare professional for any medical concern, interpretation, or decision.

Emergency exclusion: If you believe there may be a medical emergency, do not rely on Sentis. Contact local emergency services or a licensed medical professional immediately.

3. Eligibility, Accounts and Access

To use account-based features, users may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. Based on the present product flow, account creation may involve collection of a name, email address, password, verification status, and a selected user role.

Sentis may use email-based OTP verification to confirm account ownership before access is completed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Sentis is intended for users aged 13 and above.
  • If you are under the age of majority under applicable law, you should use Sentis only where such use is legally permitted and any required parent, guardian, institutional, or other lawful authorization has been obtained.
  • Because these terms are intended to operate under Indian law, users aged 13 to 17 should be understood as subject to any additional legal requirements that may apply to minors.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Sentis, interfere with its operation, probe vulnerabilities, bypass technical safeguards, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use the service in any way that violates law or the rights of another person.

  • You must only upload content you have the right to upload and authorize for processing.
  • You must not use Sentis as the sole basis for clinical, diagnostic, treatment, prescribing, or emergency decisions.
  • You must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content through the platform.

5. User Content and Uploaded Media

Sentis may allow you to submit prompts, messages, documents, images, PDFs, DICOM files, and other supported media. You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to any rights that belong to patients, institutions, licensors, employers, or other third parties.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, transmit, process, transform, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support Sentis.

Storage transparency: To deliver performance and core functionality, uploaded media may be saved on the platform and associated storage systems rather than processed only ephemerally. This may be necessary to keep conversations usable, enable later retrieval, support model workflows, maintain service continuity, and investigate failures or abuse.

If uploaded content includes patient or health-related information, the uploader is responsible for ensuring that any required rights, permissions, notices, consents, or other lawful basis exist before upload.

6. AI Output and Service Limits

AI systems can generate incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, outdated, or context-sensitive outputs. Sentis may omit relevant facts, overstate confidence, or misunderstand uploaded or typed content.

  • All outputs should be independently reviewed before use.
  • Sentis may apply usage caps, rate limits, file limits, and other service controls.
  • Features, model availability, and upload capabilities may change over time.

7. Privacy Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Sentis and Neurapex AI Solutions Pvt Ltd collect, use, store, share, protect, and otherwise process personal data in connection with the Sentis platform.

This page is drafted for the current product behavior and should be interpreted as describing the service as it presently operates, rather than as a promise that every feature will remain unchanged forever.

8. Personal Data We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password hash, account role, login state, and related account metadata.
  • Verification and security data: OTP workflow data, authentication cookies or tokens, failed login counters, and abuse-prevention records.
  • User submissions: chat messages, prompts, filenames, file metadata, uploaded images, PDFs, DICOM files, and related conversation history.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser details, timestamps, logs, error records, and other operational telemetry reasonably required for security and service operation.
  • Communications: emails, support requests, and feedback sent to us.

Sentis may receive and process content that is sensitive or health-related where users choose to submit such information. Users should only upload such material where they are lawfully permitted to do so.

9. How We Use Personal Data

  • To create and manage user accounts.
  • To authenticate users and secure the platform.
  • To receive, store, process, and analyze uploaded media and messages in order to provide Sentis functionality.
  • To generate educational and explanatory AI outputs in response to user submissions.
  • To preserve chat continuity and restore prior sessions where supported.
  • To operate, debug, monitor, secure, and improve the service.
  • To enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, investigate misuse, and comply with legal duties.
  • To communicate with users about verification, updates, support, and service issues.

Where applicable, we generally expect processing to be supported by user consent, performance of our service relationship with users, legitimate interests in operating and securing Sentis, and compliance with legal obligations.

10. Storage, Deletion and Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this page, including account administration, security, continuity, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement.

As a general rule, when a user deletes chats or uploaded media, we aim not to keep that content in active user-accessible systems after deletion.

Backup limitation: limited residual copies may temporarily remain in backups, logs, or disaster-recovery systems that are not accessible by the user and are retained only for operational, security, legal, or recovery purposes.

Authentication, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or resolve disputes.

11. Sharing, Security and Transfers

We may share personal data with service providers and subprocessors that help us deliver Sentis, such as cloud infrastructure providers, object storage providers, database providers, email delivery providers, inference or model-processing infrastructure providers, security vendors, and professional advisers.

  • We may disclose data where required by law, lawful request, court order, or regulatory obligation.
  • We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal data, including account authentication controls, password hashing, scoped file handling, and security monitoring.
  • No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Sentis may use infrastructure in more than one country, which means personal data may be processed outside the user's state or country of residence, subject to applicable law and vendor arrangements.

12. Children and Age Position

Sentis is intended for users aged 13 and above. If a user is under the age of majority under applicable law, use of Sentis should occur only where such use is legally permitted and any required consent or authorization from a parent, guardian, institution, or other legally responsible party has been obtained.

Because these terms are intended to operate under Indian law, users should understand that minors may be subject to additional legal requirements. This page should therefore be read in a way that remains subject to applicable law even where a minimum product age is stated here.

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 was enacted on August 11, 2023, and the DPDP Rules, 2025 were notified on November 14, 2025. Users and operators should read this page consistently with those legal frameworks where applicable.

13. Open-Source Model Notices

Sentis may incorporate open-source software, models, weights, libraries, and other third-party components, each of which remains subject to its own license terms and attribution requirements.

  • ZJU-AI4H/Hulu-Med - Apache License 2.0

These notices are provided in a minimal attribution format. Parameter counts, checkpoints, deployment configurations, and other implementation details are not specified here unless we expressly choose to publish them separately.

14. Intellectual Property

The Sentis name, branding, interface design, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Neurapex AI Solutions Pvt Ltd, except for third-party and open-source materials that remain subject to their respective rights.

  • You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, republish, or redistribute Sentis unlawfully.
  • Open-source components remain the property of their respective authors and licensors.
  • Feedback voluntarily provided by users may be used by us for product improvement without creating any obligation to compensate the user.

15. Disclaimers and Liability

Sentis is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for clinical use.

Nothing on Sentis creates a doctor-patient relationship, hospital relationship, fiduciary duty, or regulated healthcare-provider relationship.

  • Users remain responsible for how they interpret or use any output from Sentis.
  • All medical decisions must be made with qualified healthcare professionals.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses are excluded.

16. Governing Law and Updates

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless a different dispute mechanism is required by applicable law or later added in a final published version, disputes relating to Sentis will be subject to the competent courts in India.

We may update this page from time to time. When we do, we may revise the date shown on this page and publish the updated version through the website or product.
